About Us
Faith and Positive Change for Children, Families, and Communities (FPCC) was launched in 2018 as a new global faith engagement initiative designed to broaden the role and impact of faith in development and humanitarian work. FPCC moves beyond small-scale, single-sector, and single-faith efforts, building long-term, inclusive, and evidence-based collaboration for children’s well-being.

Our Mission
We work to harness the moral influence, compassion, and reach of faith communities to protect and empower children, families, and communities.
Our mission is to strengthen collaboration between faith actors, governments, and development partners to achieve lasting social and behavioral change that upholds the rights and dignity of every child.
Our Model
The FPCC model has three interrelated components:
Faith-Centered Research and Mapping
Ensuring that all faith engagement is evidence-based, context-specific, and grounded in local realities.
Mind–Heart Dialogue
Promoting experiential learning and reflection among faith actors, religious leaders, and partners. The Mind–Heart Dialogue approach connects faith teachings, lived experience, and technical expertise to inspire positive change in attitudes, behaviors, and social norms.
Sustained Multi-Faith Coordination and Partnership
Our Partners
FPCC is co-led by three global partners who form the FPCC Core Coordinating Group
The Core Coordinating Group operates globally from New York, supported by regional advisory and coordination structures across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and North Africa, Europe and Central Asia, and East Asia and the Pacific.
FPCC was first implemented in East and Southern Africa (ESAR) and West and Central Africa (WCAR) and is now expanding to South Asia (ROSA) and Latin America and the Caribbean (LACR), with active learning and adaptation in other regions.
How We Work

Our approach is guided by participation, inclusion, and accountability, at FPPC we
01
Build multi-faith partnerships that include women, youth, and under-represented faith groups.
03
Integrate monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) to ensure transparency, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.
02
Encourage joint action planning and shared ownership between faith actors and development agencies.
04
Promote local ownership through inter-faith collaboration and reflection rooted in compassion, evidence, and faith values.
